A lovely blend of head and heart in Big John Hillarby's wonderful site. His tight connections to the people who know,  mean you get the info straight from the source, but John balances info with a real feel for the music and the man. Give that man a donut!

Another stonking site. Hans goes for the statistical approach, but we all need facts and figures, or we would never be able to find what we need. The place to go for that obscure lyric, lost record sleeve, or just to browse and admire the work that has gone into this!

The place to go to find JM tab. ( BJ's site has some too!) Now, as a musician, a working one for many years, I never really was a fan of tab. I could never see the point of reproducing something slavishly, unless required to do so. I always liked to try and woprk things out for myself, and therefore have something of my own style in what would become an interpretation, rather than a recreation. BUT, loads of people like tab, and are hungry for it! And this is a fine source, and worth checking out!
